Located on the scientific polygon (Drac / Isère confluence), in the North-West of the town, the site is accessible:
- By car (car park available)
- via the A48 motorway in the direction Lyon-Grenoble, exit 16 Grenoble-Gares,
- via the A480 motorway in the direction Grenoble-Lyon, exit 2 Europole or exit 1 Sassenage,
- On foot, Minatec entrance
- 5 minutes from Grenoble train station (Europole exit)
- By bus
- line 34 (in front of the train station), Polygone scientifique / CEA stop
- line 30 (Europole exit side), Cité Internationale (Access CEA and Minatec)
- By tramway
- line B, terminus stop, in front of Minatec.
