Collaborations and industrial Partnership
LTM has established a wide and powerful network of collaborations within academia and industrial worlds. At a local level, LTM is member of federation Micro et Nano Technologies (FMNT) and runs, in partnership with CEA-INAC, the local technological infrastructure (PTA) of the RTB network.
Thanks to its thematic and geographic proximity, LTM has a privileged partnership with CEA-Leti
LTM is also conducting several collaborations with industrial partners being either end-users or tools providers. Since its foundation, LTM has been working in very tight collaboration with STMicroelectronics as well as with its former Alliance’s members. Besides, LTM is very active in tools qualification and process assessment via Joint Development programs with tools providers (namely Applied Materials, Electron Vision Group, Adixen, Veeco, ...).
